I told her to use the "A" frame sign in front of here store and put, "FREE HAIRCUTS THIS WEEKEND- TIPS APPRECIATED". What do you think happened? The hair salon was slammed. She had 15-25 bookings a day that weekend and was making $5-$25 in tips per client. She had so much work she had to give it away to the other stylists in that salon. They absolutely loved the haircuts and she booked about 1/2 the clients for the next haircut.
