The project was on a small startup company in the recruitment industry. The client was really nervous and anxious. Sources kept changing but I was adaptive to him and made a decision on the source he was to rely on. Fortunately, I was able to do data entry for his Database. Lucky enough my delivery was a month earlier than expected and also the determiner of the progress of the whole project. Am a Bachelor of Business and Information Technology final year student at a prestigious University in Kenya. I was an attaché at National Hospital Insurance Fund of Kenya at Kitui Branch. I was entrusted to the Registration and Customer relation department amongst being the head of fellow attachés and ensure their work ethics and safety are obeyed. This was a great opportunity, as the department manager all the pilled customer files was a challenge. Thank to those who believed in my integrity, by the time my tenure was over; the work flow had been stabilized customers no longer had to wait for 21 days. All processing was done as the customer waited in less than 10 minutes. Thank You.
