Data Entry, Customer and Technical Service Representative
I’ve been in the call center industry for almost 4 years. My experiences in this industry helped me to develop my customer service and technical service skills. It also help me improved my skills to effectively communicate with people especially using the English language. Working in a fast-paced industry helped me provide excellent customer service in a timely manner. Everyday conversation with Americans taught me to become extremely sensitive in each detail. I have advanced knowledge in using Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). I have an excellent typing and computer skills, I am also good in multitasking and time management as it is required to provide excellent service.
I am interested in data entry work, web research, data encoding and chat support, I am also willing to learn new things and acquire new knowledge that will help me as well as the client to finish a project with excellency.
