I am a dedicated, honest & hardworking person. To provide quality work is my main objective. I have over 9 years work experience & I have strong knowledge on Recruitment, IT Service Desk, Customer Support Operations & recently Blog Writing.
I only accept per hour payment through Odesk timekeeping.
MY WORK AREA:
I have a work desk set up at home, with standard office equipment to use, such as; a Plantronics Skype Headset (with noise cancelling feature) a good working laptop with licensed Windows 7 Home Basic for the operating system & a regular printer.
My internet connection at home uses high speed internet via Fiber Optics, maintained by one of the leading ISP & residential land line providers in the Philippines. Running at 5mbps for the upload & 2.85mbps for the download ensuring fast transmittal of documents, web/applications access & most importantly Voip calls through Skype or Google. This also allows continuous work flow, in cases of power surges or weather disturbances.
As an Odesk contractor, I value my work well, & consider freelancing as a career, that is why I have invested on the tools & technology I need,to provide quality work. I made sure I pay premium service, to get my job done within expected turnaround time.
ON MY SKILLS:
***I can use standard Microsoft Office programs, especially Ticket/Helpdesk logging systems, Citrix & other web based platforms, such as Linkedin. I can also use Boolean search strings for sourcing & other methods. Much of my recruitment activities, were completed through the use of local job boards, such as those mentioned above & other company provided tools. Which of course includes high volume in person & phone interviews.
***I have successfully closed hires for technical & non - technical positions
& was able to maintain zero attrition rate, by accurately identifying the right
candidates for our clients.
*** I am well experienced with end of week report generation, data validation business correspondence & collaboration in marketing activities i.e job fairs, open house campaigns etc.,
