I have been in the BPO industry for 5 years now. I have worked for different accounts/projects like Sears Customer Service (2008-2010), AT&T DSL Technical (2011-2012), AT&T UVERSE (2012-2013), CONVERGYS Analytics and Research (2013), and currently for MICROSOFT Xbox Customer Service. Believe me, I know how to handle tough customers and keep their business with us. I always go beyond expectations only to meet the customers' and client's needs. Now, I would want to stay and work at home. I have computers (plus back up), fast and reliable DSL Internet connection ( and back up), a landline that will help me accomplish my job and run our business, and other devices that would keep me connected with you as my client/employer.
