I have been using Salesforce platform and other in house developed platforms to handle emails and phones calls, to offer users refunds, apply and cancel subscriptions, create and send discount coupons, track shippings, cancel and resend individual emails, troubleshoot technical issues, resend passwords and collect feedback.
I am well versed in the use of Windows Word, Excel and Google Drive and Hotmail OneDrive and not only.
