Over the last 5 years I have worked as a technical support representative for different line of business. I have handled voice, chat and email support. Working in a call center industry in different line of business helped me to easily adjust with different types of customers and situations. This molded me to become a better customer service and technical support that can accommodate customers' non-technical and technical inquiry.
Aside from my duties as a technical/customer service support, I can also do admin task if needed. I can do data entry, web research, simple article writing and edit articles.
