By the end of 2013 i resigned and go to another Call center with Aegis People support still here in Manila Philippines and i am now doing outbound call for those applicants that has a positive results with their Pre-employment drug screen. Great things about here in this industry was that i adopted the american life, the way they talk and being professional and unprofessional sometimes and i am thank full we support those business people, we gain more knowledge outside of our comfort zone. I also worked as a Data entry or computer operator in one of the Government agency here in the Philippines for almost a year by 2009 with Bureau of Internal Revenue RDO45(Revenue District 45). After graduating in College with my Bachelor degree in Information technology i work as a Technician for 6 months back in 2008, i do regular check maintenance with the servers and pc's and also troubleshooting if needed. With it comes with the MS office, Excel and Notepad those are the tools that im always using since then until now.
