This year, I have worked in a remote call center environment providing support via e-mail and phone channels. In my prior professional history, I have also provided call center support for outsourcing companies -- I learn the services, learn your system, and then deliver that information to your customers in a positive manner.
In my administrative support roles, I have utilized Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and proprietary applications to enter and process data, coordinate internal teams with clients, and keep managers two steps ahead. Additionally, I have scheduled staff interpreters and independent contractors interpreters for appointments in a two-hour radius from small medical appointments to large conventions.
