Over the past 15 years, I have worked as a secretary, executive assistant and a manager. I have dealt with different levels of organizations giving me an understanding of what is required by employees, managers and executives.
I have a passion for Management and Administration. With that passion I have successfully completed courses of studies in professional and business administration at the tertiary level. I have pursued a Masters in Business administration, diploma in secretarial studies and a certificate in administrative professional.
I would like to leverage my detail-oriented mind and apply the skills and knowledge that I have attained throughout my degree courses. I am focus-oriented and an over-achiever person.
My key skills and competencies are: communication, computer (proficiently using Microsoft Office Suite), typing, proofreading, excellent customer service rapport, office automation, website content management, email management, internet savvy, technologically savvy, business development, calendar management and small project management.
These skills/competencies have allowed me to provide excellent executive support to senior managers that have allowed entities to improve their efficiency by 80% and reducing cost by 50%.
My skills have earned me an excellent reputation and as such I am available to contribute in a positive manner to the growth and development of any organisation/individual that requires my service and expertise.
