I started working on the internet after I worked for different international call centres around 2010. Before I worked from the comforts of my own home, I used to work for Ebay Buyer Protection Department as a Claims Escalations consultant and I was the one who makes the decision whether the buyer gets awarded a refund if proven the item they purchased from their seller was not as described or not received by doing thorough investigation of the evidence provided by both parties.
