    I graduated with a BS Nursing degree at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila in 2007 and became a registered nurse right after. I've been in the BPO industry for around five to six years. My first job was as a credit cards services customer service representative for a bank in the US. We basically handled inbound calls from customers who had different concerns regarding their credit cards. After months of being in the front lines, I was transferred to the debt management department for the same bank. On that department, we handled calls from debt management officers for customers who were trying to pay off their past due accounts. When I left that company, I transferred to another BPO and worked as a review of records associate. The tasks for that job involve sorting medical and legal records and creating medical and legal records summaries and reviews. Our clients are mostly doctors and health groups in the US, but we also had clients who are lawyers. Those medical and legal records summaries and reviews are mostly for those patients who filed Workers' Compensation Claims. I continued doing that job for almost three years. When I left that job, I worked as an accounts receivable specialist. Our clients were laboratories in the US. Tasks for that job include making outbound calls to patients who had laboratory bills to settle, processing payments, and filing health insurance claims if health insurance is available. I returned to taking inbound calls after leaving that job as an accounts receivable specialist. I, again, worked as a customer service representative for an online payments processing company. We handled inbound calls for customers who had different concerns, from resetting their passwords to helping them complete their online payments. I am looking for any job that's relevant to my work experience. Jobs about creating medical and legal records summaries/review, data entry, and transcription are highly preferred.
