I am an award-winning client support specialist who have 11 years of customer service experience, including managing a team of client support advocates for Thumbtack, Inc. In 2008, I was awarded by 24/7 Customer and Optus as the first agent to meet the required average handling time (AHT) and for consistently achieving the lowest AHT in the team (see my portfolio). I am also enthusiastic and passionate about creative ways to delight customers.
I had the opportunities to work for big companies, such as IBM Daksh, 24/7 Customer, and Teletech, as a Customer Service Specialist and Technical Support Expert, where I honed my communication skills and developed a high level of problem solving skills.
I also worked face-to-face with customers for three years as a Service Crew and Store Marketing Assistant at Jollibee, where I learned about marketing focusing on upselling.
I'm presently working for Upwork as part of their Marketplace Experience Team, which is a specialized customer services team aimed at increasing customer loyalty and retention.
I am very familiar with Zendesk, Desk, Velaro, and Google Applications (document, calendar, and spreadsheet).
I believe that in order to make yourself happy, you need to make others happy first. I enjoy helping businesses to reach greater levels of success and will do “whatever it takes” to ensure a positive result.
