-What percentage of production bug fixes were made (For 2012, we only spent 1.2% of sprint points for production bugs, achieving very high quality).

Instead of taking a consultant approach and saying how you need to improve x, y, z, I take a coaching approach where I find out your situation and context, and work with you and your team(s) to come up with changes they buy into and want to make. It is a very different approach than a consultant.

-4 MVP’s - Created 4 Minimum Viable Products (MVP’s), including our first mobile app
-User Advisory Panel – We sent out a survey and later received over 850 responses to join our panel
-Lean IdeaJam - Organized our first off-site IdeaJam session with 10 cross-departmental employees
-Companywide Presentation and Survey of MVP’s and future Plans and Ideas – Why we waited until we had 3 MVP’s to show the company before we announced the IdeaLab team and sent an internal survey
-Culture Change – We quickly began changing the culture by showing how people’s ideas are quickly turned into MVP’s and how our simple process for evaluating ideas means every idea gets a fair shot
