I have 5 years experience in a BPO industry, in customer service environment to be specific. I had handled various / different types of campaign such as Financial, Insurance, Technical Software, Electronic and Telecommunications campaign. I speak with clients either thru email or over the phone, which are mostly Americans and Australians. I am also proficient in research and data entry. I do data collection and produce accurate results.
