As an online support specialist, my specialty is responding to emails, managing social media and email accounts, participating in customer service requests via online chat, listing ads on various websites (Craigslist, Ebay, Etsy, etc), researching topics through internet web searches, helping clients proofread and edit their word documents, and more! With a typing speed of 75 WPM, I am able to deliver accurate and quick responses, thus getting the job done without cutting down on quality.
Outside of my work, I am an avid internet user with over 10 years of experience, as well as a seller on Ebay, Etsy, and Craigslist. This has given me experience in regards to providing customer service and keeping up with customers' requests. I have also managed several email and website accounts for others, responding to emails when necessary, and listing and creating ads on various websites as needed. I have experience sourcing information via the internet as well, such as collecting contact and location information for local businesses in the area, recommending websites to purchase products from, finding the best price on online retailer websites for specific items, and setting up contact lists for clients.
