I have been in this kind of industry for more than 2 years, both inbound and outbound. I have catered campaigns from US, UK and Canada.
I have handled different campaigns for cold calling, lead generation, real estate campaigns, SEO, solar, insurance accounts, web research, data entry and a lot appointment setting.
I am extremely organized, resourceful and totally capable of multitasking to meet any fast paced working environment. I'm a hard working person. I have a positive attitude, focused and determined to success. I have a strong interpersonal and organizational skills and has exceptional written and verbal English communication skills; committed to excellent customer service, easy to work with, and committed to everything I do, specially the ones I'm getting paid for, for a reasonable rate.
My only intention is to provide the best service possible, with positive results. I'll do my best to meet the clients' satisfactions and for the success of the company.
