As a Level II specialist we need to be committed and keep on achieving what the customers expectations as a supervisor that can give a good resolution to the customers inquiry every time and real time. Included in our scope you must be trained to all type of internet connections even if it is a Windows or Macintosh OS. As a level II specialist we are also submitting daily report that we can consolidate on every call that we handle to further help the account improving and keep on providing good service to every customer. As a supervisor being introduced by the agent we must keep on serving customer to the extent that we never leave them without being satisfied with the resolution that we gave to their issues or inquiries and never leave customer without a smile on their lips. Currently now a second level technical support for MAC computers. Customers Excellence Team (CET)of our account. As a CET we must be the last person to handle customers issue as our MOTTO was "We are the end of the world". Because once we handle customers concern we make sure that we come up with the right resolution to their problem and if ever we were not able to resolved their issue we should make sure that the issue was forwarded to the right department that can give the resolution to the concern that only happens if the issue cannot be fixed over the phone and needed somebody who can attend to the customers premise.
