Chat Support /Customer/Technical Support Specialist, VA, WP admin
For the last 2 years, I have worked as a Call Center Agent, after working as Technical Support Staff for 12 years.
As a Chat Support Specialist in the call center industry, I have handled various US accounts like AT&T, eBay, and Clearwire. I have assisted customers with regard to their billing, payments, registration & password issues, complaints and disputes, shipping queries, troubleshooting and configuring their electronic devices, making sure that at the end of the chat, the issue or concern is resolved.
I have worked as a Technical Support Specialist in Dubai, UAE for several years and my responsibilities include hands-on repair of smart-phones, ordering of spare parts, writing technical reports on product faults, communicating with corporate partners such as Nokia and Sony Ericsson on technical issues, and training new technicians. One of my achievements as a technical support specialist was my promotion as a Team Leader for Nokia Care
I am highly computer literate (a certified Cisco Network Associate), with a good grasp in customer service in the BPO industry, knowledge in HTML/Wordpress and with excellent office skills. I am a fast learner, flexible, and can work on any given hour.
I am newbie on online jobs but I believe I have the capability to get the job done. I always give my best in any work given to me as to exceed the expectations of my employer.
I am looking for opportunity to work as customer service representative or technical support, virtual assistant, data entry or Wordpress administrator, administrative or office work, online marketing. I can either work on a part-time or full-time basis in any home-based work.
