I've been a customer and technical support specialist since 2007 where in my skill sets were honed by the Business Process Outsourcing Companies (BPO) here in the Philippines. For the last 8 years, I had a vast customer service experience via phone, email, forums or chat.
Prior to that, I'm with Dell International Services as a Technical Support Representative / Customer Service / Sales support Representative. Skills involved in my job include providing technical support, Configuring computers for Sale, Tracking Deliveries, Tracking Repairs, Dispatching parts to on site technicians, processing credit cards for sales orders and Sending invoices to customer.
As you can see, I'm well trained with numerous customer care, proper call handling, handling irate customers,closing sales and understanding different cultures. Not to mention I'm a tech savvy who never stops developing my knowledge and skills in this industry. I'm also a good team player and highly self-motivated, willing to learn and become one of your assets and team member.
