Currently I am working for Field Nation Inc. My job responsibility is to carry out recruitment of field techs, handle inbound calls and provide chat support. Besides this I worked as a part time project manager of an English language training institution and worldwide student visa processing center. I also previously worked part time as a customer support agent for a Canadian & US outbound and inbound customer medication support campaign under Xplorer, whereby my job roles included handling inbound calls, carrying out telemarketing campaigns and also did outbound calls involving delivery confirmation.Previously I worked with MCL Group (Bangladesh), for their Bell Canada campaign for around 1.5 years as a sales lead. Lastly, I also worked on a data analysis project for 1 year as a Judgement Contributor for Freebase, a project under Google, whereby my role as an independent contractor was to use proprietary online tools to analyse, sort and enter data into a subject-wise database ranging from arts & history to the sciences.
