English Teacher, Writer, Translator, Transcriptionist, Interpreter
By profession I am an English teacher. I have been teaching English Literature and Language for the last 14 years at school, college and university levels. I have done MA English Literature (Pakistan) and MA Applied Linguistics (United Kingdom). At the moment, I am working as an ESOL Tutor in the UK for The Training Connect, the largest ESOL providers in the world at present. I teach English Language to people from different parts of the world.
My strengths are: English Phonology, Written Language, Spoken Language, Sociolinguistics, Discourse Analysis, Psycholinguistics, English Grammar and Lexis, and Second Language Learning Principles. I am proficient in any grammar related issues and a strong command on these language aspects helps me in translating and interpreting while keeping the text semantically intact at the same time. I am fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, and Saraiki.
Being a creative writer, I write short stories, blog, essays, humour, satire and articles. I also write letters to different English newspapers time to time on current issues of highly important nature. Currently, I am working on my book which is mostly based on translation from Urdu into English. In my teaching career, I have not only taught translation, I have also translated booklets and pamphlets from Urdu into English and vice versa on demand. Back home, I wrote prospectuses in English for different colleges and training institutes. Here in the UK, I am responsible to create IELTS, Life in the UK and UK Driving Theory Test materials for the online resource bank of my company.
So, if you are having any problems in writing your blogs, web content, translation, interpreting (in any form), technical writing, creative writing, article writing, essay writing, dissertation or thesis writing and formatting, arranging bibliographies, referencing, any issues relating to plagiarism or mere translating your documents, I can provide you the top-notch services.
