(For Thumbtack.com) I recently worked with Thumbtack.com as one of their Customer Support Representatives, we specialized in answering emails from customers who are using the website, both Consumers and Service Providers. We use Zendesk as our means of answering tickets that we receive from clients. The tickets that we receive from customers are questions/concerns regarding their Thumbtack accounts, or if they wish to know more about Thumbtack's website and it's processes. I am pretty much eager to learn and also a fast learner. I'd be happy to take on any projects that may require my skills or services.
