I am an experienced customer service manager. I have a three years' experience of working at customer service and am proficient in English, German and Russian languages. I know Chineese as well. During my career as a customer service representative, I developed good skills of handling problem customers, advanced computer, internet and interpersonal skills. For the last year I have been also working as a PR manager and acquired important knowledge in research and promotional sphere. My general work experience and developed skills allow me to promptly and professionally perform the tasks and provide an effective interface between the customers and the company. The main objective in my job is to always listen to the customer attentively and suggest helpful suggestions to resolve the matter in a way that is satisfactory to the customer and the company I represent.
