    I am an experienced customer service and sales representative. My bpo career starts last November 2011. I started at Cyber City Teleservices as a sales representative. We're taking orders for Haband, Collections etc. and Gardens Alive in the U.S. That is from novmber 2011 up to feb. 2012. After my contract ended I was hired by Sutherland Gloal Servies as a customer service representative. I was with AT&T account specifically in billing. We are also trained for sales. We are offering upgrades for their internet, home phone and tv service. I also have an experience in outbound calls in Opinionology. We are called as market researcher.I was with Opiniono;ogy last election season year 2012 from august to november. What we're doing is onducting a survey in the U.S. with regards to politics, who are they gonna be voting for, is it from the democrats or from the republicans. After election, I again applied in Cyber City, worked their for a seasonal account which is 1800flowers.com. I was with them in holiday season, valentines and mothers day. We are taking orders for flowers, send the arrangements to their loved ones, letting them know that they are remebered. And now I am with IBEX global Philippines still with AT&T account billing department.
