Hello there! My name is Aira Sherish Dicang but you can call me Aira for short! I can describe myself as a very patient person! Im very trainable and I have the willingness to learn new things. Many people treat challenges as hardships, but I treat it as an experience to learn and explore new things, I myself, are afraid of disappointments, so I do my best in everything I do. As per experience, I worked in Aegis People Support s a Customer Service Agent for Hilton Worldwide. Basically, we assist customers in making a room reservations, modifying, and also converting every call to revenue call. I stayed in Aegis for 10 months. After that, I worked for Dodo Sales, its a telco account in Australia. I only stayed there for like 2 months. And i just handed my resignation letter in Transurban. Its a tolling provider in Australia, I worked there as a Customer Service Agent for Transurban Sydney.
So i think you should hire me because I am willing to learn and I'm serious about learning. I think I have the experience. I am very creative and interactive which describe my leadership and team working capabilities. Last but not least, I learn very quickly and adjust to how things are done. I believe that Customers Service is not just about answering the inquiries of customers, but going extra mile for them just to make them happy.
