I have strong soft-skills, and I work great on a team or on my own. I am the kind of person that thrives to serve and assist customers to resolve their problem(s). I pay great attention to detail. I bring cohesion, empathy, and a friendly tone/face to the table while maintaining a professional rapport with my customers, co-workers, and supervisors. I was once a new agent mentor in a call center environment, as well as a back-up lead. I have experience with answering services, retail and sales, customer service and technical support regarding popular computer operating systems, smartphones, and video game consoles.
