Customer Service / Technical Support Specialist - Supervisory
I am a proud graduate from the University of Saint La Salle. I graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
I am in the call center industry for 4 years and running with Convergys. My first job was with Time Warner Cable Technical Support which harnessed my networking knowledge, customer handling and call center experience. I also worked with a local company, Sophicworks, which focused more on data management and analysis plus a little bit of computer programming.
Currently, I am a Technical Support Supervisor from one of the prominent multinational computer technology company, Dell. I have been with Dell for almost 3 years now and I must say that I have learned and acquired competence that will be of interest, most especially on technical and managerial skills.
Effective communication, problem solving, accountability and setting proper objectives in a timely manner are some of the things I have learned and valued when it comes to work.
Well anyway, bottom line is, I love computer and technology. One, I am good at it and two, there's always a room for learning when it comes to it as time goes by.
If you're looking for a customer-oriented person with technical knowledge plus a hint of administrative touch, I can be the woman for the job.
