When I was a customer service representative, I assisted people from account management processes, purchases and or transaction management, simple technical issues with internet connection and mobile phones, billing and billing issues to complaints. When I was working as a market research project manager, I had direct communication with clients to understand objectives and worked with them together with the internal team in overseeing fieldwork. I also worked with data, wrote reports and contributed in making actionable recommendations. With both personal and professional experiences, I have honed and gained skills and talents useful in both work and social field. My maturity, practical experience, amenability and eagerness to learn and improve are my tools to further improvement and development for the career path taken.
