My 8 months experience in a call center catering telecommunications industry includes service to customers by providing product and service information, answering inquiries; resolving product and and complex problems.
I have been successful in raising a family, and I attribute this success to my ability to plan, schedule, and handle many different tasks at once. This flexibility will help me in my job, where there are many different tasks and learning styles.
