I was an online telemarketer, a phone and email support and a home-based English tutor.
My experiences include working as a customer service representative for more than 7 years where I handled phone calls and emails. I am good at interacting with different customers and clients. I also became an account team lead and a process trainer at IBM Business Services, Inc.
I am very organized, focused and hardworking. I have excellent communication skills.
