I have over 5 years of customer service experience (including online, over the phone and in person) and, for the last 2 years, have been in a banking environment. I have been known to; apply and cancel subscriptions; troubleshoot technical issues; track complaints; issue refunds; escalate client concerns; resend passwords; collect feedback; plan new tools and apps; and in addition to my customer service skills, I have skills in; Graphic Design, Virtual Assistant, Office work and Data Entry.
I also have a wealth of experience using the Microsoft Office package and to build weekly and monthly reports, do data mining/entry, create PDFs and various tasks. I have quite a bit utilizing programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3DS max, Acrobat Pro, etc.
I have a friendly and empathetic tone, am very patient, and have a professional demeanour and am a confident multi-tasker Having these traits allow me to take on several responsibilities at once. I'm a quick learner, adaptable, eager to learn and enthusiastic. I look forward to working with you as a customer service rep as well as becoming your go-to guy for any projects that come our way.
