I have various experiences with inbound and outbound customer service, telemarketing, management and Scheduling and Traffic Coordinator for a TV Station.
I have worked as an inbound customer service representative for a year in a call center in the Philippines. I was specifically assigned in a travel account- Expedia.com as a travel specialist. I am an expert in bookings, sales and customer service.
I had been an Account Manager for 4 years in an Outbound BPO specializing in diverse campaigns for lead generation, sales, appointment setting, article writing, and data entry.
I had been working virtually for quite some time now and I found it more than a job but a passion. I can handle anything from call handling, data entry, personal assistance, diary management and team management. I am very confident about my efficiency. I am well organized, well mannered, and can work at a fast pace environment.
