Customer Service Representative
Good day! I'm Kathleen Kay Ortiz, 23 years of age. I've been with the bpo industry for more than 2 years. I've handled sales, customer service, technical support, collection and customer resolution. As a customer service representative it is my duty to provide good customer service at all times and to attend to all customers inquiries. It is my duty to provide good quality service and to make sure that the customers will get more than what they pay for. It is also my duty to give all the information the customers are asking for and to provide customer satisfaction at all times.
You should hire me because even though i already have experiences, I’m still willing to undergo training and to learn more. I am a hard working person, a trust worthy employee and an honest one too. I can say that i am a trust worthy employee because as a call center agent we often to ask our customer's credit card number and sometimes together with their 3 digit pin. Even though i am capable of copying those number and to use it for my own personal desire, i can control myself and manage to do things right. I am thought by my parents well and told not to lie at all times. I am a fast learner person and I paid more attention when it comes to details. I have an excellent communication skills that I gain while working as a customer service representative and I have the attitude of being persistent that I gain while working with the customer resolution team as a retention agent.
