I am highly experienced in handling customer service (voice, email and chat support) for US and Australian based Telecommunications accounts for multiple services (Mobile, Wireless Broadband, Fixed line/DSL, Wireless home phone), re-formulating/up-selling of product and service packages based on new products offered tailor fit to customers needs, customers desired spend and availability in their respective areas for Mobile, Wireless Broadband, Fixed line/DSL, Wireless home phone products and plans.
I have also performed duties in the Retention department retaining customers who wanted to cancel their accounts. I have also been awarded Top performer for 2 consecutive years in Customer satisfaction index scores averaging 93.5% from November 2008 to September 2010 with 73 surveys. I am highly motivated, easy to train and have no problem working long hours to meet the company and customer's needs.
