Data Encoder/Customer Service Representative
I am a call center agent here in the Philippines since 2010, My first experience was with Sitel Philippines Corp.as an inbound agent, we took inbound call from our customers regarding their issues with Postage machine(US mailing machine PitneyBowes) i am a Technical support level 1 by 2010 then i got promoted as Technical support level 2 by 2011, but suddenly the LOB(line of business) was close due to some reason we transferred to another LOB which is with the billing department by 2013. We still taking inbound calls from our customer and this time we are now with the customer service department. By the end of 2013 i resigned and go to another Call center with Aegis People support still here in Manila Philippines and i am now doing outbound call for those applicants that has a positive results with their Pre-employment drug screen. Great things about here in this industry was that i adopted the american life, the way they talk and being professional and unprofessional sometimes and i am thank full we support those business people, we gain more knowledge outside of our comfort zone.
I also worked as a Data entry or computer operator in one of the Government agency here in the Philippines for almost a year by 2009 with Bureau of Internal Revenue RDO45(Revenue District 45). After graduating in College with my Bachelor degree in Information technology i work as a Technician for 6 months back in 2008, i do regular check maintenance with the servers and pc's and also troubleshooting if needed.
With it comes with the MS office, Excel and Notepad those are the tools that im always using since then until now. The reason im looking for job here in oDesk not just by financial need we all need it, but to increase my knowledge with all the application in data entry and customer service i love to work and that's make my self proud to accomplish something i like and i love. More work more Knowledge and more experience to share with people.
