Customer Service Representative
I've been in the customer service industry for almost 3 years with experience in both inbound and outbound ( telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, and telecommunications accounts) calls through online and over the phone for US clients. For the years I have been using CITRIX, AVAYA, AVAYA1X,WEBCSR, TAS, PORTAL, 3CX PHONE to process users refunds, enroll and cancel subscriptions, troubleshoot technical issues, resets passwords, collect feedback, create tickets for CC billing disputes, ship tracking, order processing, delayed, damage and orders that weren't received, blocking and unblocking of stolen phones, changing phones service providers. I am also excellent with Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel. I am seeking for broad opportunity where my knowledge and skills will be utilized. I can work under pressure and with minimal supervision, professional, competent, fast learner, proactive, self-motivated`, resourceful and knows how to prioritized and meet deadlines to whatever tasks are given to me in meeting my client's expectations at its best. I take criticism as an opportunity to improve my work and to be a better person. I am very flexible and willing to learn new things that will help me improve as an individual and as i progress as I want to acquire more knowledge and skills. My priority is to meet my Customer and Client's satisfaction by fulfilling their goals in providing quality service and delivering excellent results on time in order to build a strong and professional relationships.
