I have 20 years experience in program development and management, including strategic planning, communication strategies, analyzing programs and policies, leading conferences and meetings, board development and management, financial & personnel management. Expertise at taking a program from concept to research to development and execution.
I have 15 years background in public service and education, specifically in the fields of government and military service, non-profit organizations, health and social services, academia, school systems, community development, education and training programs.
Fifteen years in aviation: conducting airline operations and management, aviation safety program development and management, developing and enforcing flight standards, developing and publishing airline operations manuals, national policy analysis and development, airport operations, and development of air traffic management systems. I served as an airline Captain, Check Pilot, aircraft mechanic, military flight crew member, air carrier dispatcher, and operations manager.
I also have experience in public relations, initiating & implementing campaigns, program evaluation, research, data analysis & reporting, grant writing, marketing, special events, fund raisers, volunteer programs.
