There are 6,800 languages in the world, and since you can’t know where you’ll be born, you have to pop from the womb to be able to speak any one of them. It takes great time, dedication and continued exposure to learn a foreign language, but no doubt, it is worth all the effort you put into it! It is not only fun, but it improves cognitive skills, boosts memory, and helps the brain to grow. It can also boost your cultural and economic status as well.
I am very keen on languages. I have a BA in English and French, my mother tongue is Romanian and I also speak Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. I have a Master's degree in Media, Development and Society.
I would describe myself as communicative, sociable and smiling – I am interested in diversity, meeting new people and cultures, travelling, and being open to everything with no prejudices.
I have been involved in many international experiences: internships abroad, studies in other countries and, even in my countries, I am involved in international activities and I teach people languages.
I worked for a while in Austria where I thought the children the English language, then I traveled a lot (Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, France), I studied in France twice with a scholarship: translations and communication. Another great experience was in United States of America, in Seattle, WA, where I did another internship working with tourists. I improved all languages I know everywhere I have been to.
