My responsibilities included the following - assisting guest requests and coordinate with housekeeping, bell service staff and management to fulfill their requests. Providing guests access to hotel services, forward in-room meal requests and ensure that mail, faxes and packages are delivered in a timely manner. I also deal with irate guests and find ways to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction. I thoroughly understands and adheres to proper credit, check cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures, uses suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel and etc. It would be a great privilege to work for your company and I can perform multiple tasks at a given time. I would just love to apply my skills in order to develop a stronger relationship with company and your clients.
