Email Support/Live Chat Customer Service Specialist
In my several years of experience in the field of Customer Service (online), I have used FreshDesk (Email Ticketing), Snap Engage (Live Chat), Intercom (Email Ticketing), and GMail to respond to Customers' concerns. I have used 2c2p and PayPal to process refunds to Customers. I have also used Google Spreadsheets via Google Drive to process other transactions (refunds/create order for customers who purchased via internet bank transfer, returns, and in re-sending orders/items for exchange). (In person) I'm also using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to submit reports to my superiors, and MS Outlook to communicate internally with my colleagues.
I also have a wealth of experience in Selling, Recruitment (test administration and screening of applicants), Teaching, and doing other Administrative tasks.
