I have also worked as second and third line Customer assistant for several years, learning how to provide the best support possible and to transform something difficult for the Customer in a pleasant experience.
Having a so broad experience with new technologies and computers, I have very often been tasked to translate and proofread documents and publications from English to Italian and vice-versa. These documents cover a wide range of topics such as security surveillance systems and gaming devices and manuals.
