Roughly two years ago, I started working full time as a data entry specialist and had been promoted as a Trainer within 10 months. Working online means communication is the most important thing because we can't sit down and catch up at the end of the week or walk by each others' office and check in here and there, so I value a great, open line of dialogue between myself and my client. My primary focus on UpWork has been transcription, but I am also available for editing and proofreading, general online customer service and voice over projects. I have educational and professional experience in all three of these fields. PLEASE NOTE: My profile lists me as living in the US.
