Customer Service Representative
My passion for writing, editing, and customer service can be dated back to the first time I held a pencil. Though my specific interests have definitely changed since childhood, I have pinpointed what my specialties are and how I can accomplish writing and editing tasks by deadlines. As a recent graduate from San Francisco State University, I have developed a passion for different types of writing and editing.
Graduated from an academic high school while focusing on different types of writing. In college, I studied Criminal Justice and enjoyed writing essays and other short-answers. Within my 3.5 years in college, I've grown a love for editing essays and helping others compose their own essays within a short time frame.
Through my customer service skills, I have provided such friendly and reliable means to express each and every message to clients and customers. From working at a bookstore for two years as a customer service representative and at a nonprofit organization for five years as a call center representative turned logistics and operations manager, I have grown to learn the beauty and the art of customer service through various communication skills.
Being stationed at the main help desk and the technical support desk at the bookstore, I excelled at social customer support everyday. As the go-to employee at the nonprofit organization I worked for, I found that email support, as well as inbound and outbound phone support was a strength of mine due to my friendly nature and my ability to go above and beyond through analytical and critical thinking skills.
