I have been in the customer service field (email, chat, and phone) for almost 9 years now. I am excellent in handling email responses and managing chats. I also have an experience being a phone support specialist. Providing outstanding customer assistance is my passion and rectifying one's issue is my goal in every contact. I don't just fix the issue for the customer, I also make them feel delighted and appreciated.
I am a very fast learner and I am open to learn new software needed to be able to perform my job. I have an experience using SupportCenter, Velaro, KANA, Zendesk, and many more.
