I have been in the technical support industry for the last 5 years and have supported different hardware such as DSL modems, routers, wireless broadband sticks and mobile phones (Blackberry, iPhone etc). I worked as an IT Helpdesk for one of the leading global enabler of telecommunication services and being an IT Helpdesk, we are exposed to a lot of tools such as Remedy, Citrix, Active Directory etc.
I have experience in the following areas: PC repair, PC assembly, LAN setup and configuration, familiarity with various Microsoft products (Windows XP / 7, Microsoft Office) and familiarity with Ubuntu Linux and its derivatives
I also have some experience in the following areas: data entry, research, typing, basic web page design and transcription
