Administrative, Medical and Personal Assistant, Customer Service
I am a licensed Medical Technologist, worked for years in a private laboratory in Skokie, IL as medical technologist, went to Nursing school and worked as Care Plan Coordinator then Admissions Director/Finance department of a Healthcare company in Chicago for 6 years. As part time, I have also worked with a Cardiologist as his Medical Assistant for his clinic at Swedish Covenant Hospital.
I recently came back to the Philippines to be with my family and to help them. I started working in Odesk since 2013 working full time as Administrative Assistant for an Australian Financial company doing Administrative tasks, as part time I also work for a Real Estate company in Seattle, also as Project Assistant for a Canadian based Medical Services doing clinical projects, also working as Medical Assistant for a Psychiatrist based in New York booking appointments, calling insurance companies and pharmacies and lastly as Virtual Assistant/Project Manager for Kindle Direct Self Publishing team.
I am a professional, motivated, organized, trustworthy and efficient worker. I am fluent in both written and spoken English, Tagalog and Spanish and experienced in Office Manager and Data Entry skills. I have very good interpersonal with great communication skills. I can multitask but at the same time have a particular attention to detail. I value honesty and will definitely give you an excellent quality of service.
