It depends on the queue what will be the work for the day but most of the time there a lot of customers calling in that's why we are on voice. Nevertheless, we make sure that we get our customer's trust to get the product that we are selling which are cable, internet and digital phone in the U.S. By this, we can say that we achieve the statistics set for us as workers for the said company. I also worked with oDesk as a Customer Service Support. I handled chats and emails for all users here at oDesk. With the above experiences I have shared, I must say that I have learned a lot with being a customer service representative. I have learned to deal with different personalities and different customers. Moreover, I have been considered good with the job because of the incentives and commission that I have received from my past companies. I am still at open doors for new commitments.
