Customer Service,Data Entry Expert
I have worked for five years as a customer service representative for a banking and financial account.
During those five years I was trained :
1. For data entry work (enter & update demographic information of customers,process offline requests made by clients)
2. To handle sales calls for student loans.Continue to enter & update customers information.
3. To handle billing inquiries, collect payment from customers,forward e-mails to appropriate departments for updates on customers accounts.
4. To assist customers in navigating their online account.
5. To process customers request for updates in their accounts regarding payments,claims on refunds etc.
6. For administrative work.I was tasked to complete end of day,end of week, end of month and complete comparative reports on the quality of requests sent and returned by the back office department to the call center department. This task is polished my Excel,PowerPoint and Microsoft word skills.
