After I left the BPO industry, an opportunity to work online was offered to me and that was the start of my home based career. My new found profession allowed me to explore my hidden skills that I was not able to use on my previous job. It honed me to become an expert in multitasking, data entry, web research, lead generation, candidate sourcing and data collection.
