We are handling basic issues, like to activate the mobile phone, change the billing address, change of mobile numbers, etc. Last but not the least, was with Teletech as a Technical Support Representative, I stayed on the company for 1 year and 4 months. We do basic troubleshooting of mobile phones, we do setting up emails, we do reports for net issues and many more.. I can say that I am the type of person that you can trust when it comes to work/assignment that you will provide. I have experienced different jobs and I know that I can give my best to provide you the satisfaction that you are looking for from the job.
