I have a BA from Wake Forest University where I majored in Psychology and minored in English. Then I obtained a MA from the University of Denver in Conflict Resolution with a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). I have experience working in multiple retail/sales settings, which have hone my wide range of customer service skills. Most of my work experience has been in varied office settings (attorney, doctor, and community service offices). In my office careers, I competently completed file and case management, responding to clients via phone, email, and mail, writing letters, data entry, research, and more.
