Customer Service Advisor
I have several qualifications and degree's working with computers along with A levels in using all Microsoft programmes. I have worked in a call centre for 4 years and have worked in administration for 5 years. I type at around 60-70 wpm. I am hardworking and get work done on time, often way before the deadline. I have experience in dealing with clients via email, in person and over the phone and I am more than comfortable doing so. I have a full complete Elance profile, where I have received excellent feedback. Some of my most recent roles including using a ticket system, and working as a online chat assistant which I really enjoyed and found I gained many skills from this. I put 110% effort into any work I am asked to complete, and often manage to complete any task with little to no help, I do however work very well with people and I am more than happy to train people up if needed. I have also just recently achieved a Level 4 NVQ in Business Admin which I believe shows that I have all the skills required for being an excellent virtual assistant/administrator. I have experience in data entry, copy writing, and excellent email/customer service skills. I have many qualifications in working with computers and Microsoft packages meaning I am more than comfortable using all programmes without any issues. Due to the qualifications I have regarding computers, I tend to pick up on working on any new programmes very fast, and tend to become quite advanced in a short space of time. I do have experience working on SupportFU which is a ticket/customer service programme.
