Customer Service Professional
Good AM/PM! Thank your for taking the opportunity to view my profile. I am an experienced customer service agent who has worked for a multitude of different corporations over the years; I am versed in the laws of HIPAA, the style and context of ASL Gloss (for Deaf patrons), appointment taking, and guest recovery. I am currently the Guest Services Manager at my hospitality job; my main job being answering e-mails, reviews, and following-up with guests regarding their stay.
I have attended college, and, while I hold no degree, I have a firm grasp of the English language, am a frequent user of the Oxford comma, and understand grammar through my studies in foreign language. While I'm not yet bold enough to say I've mastered any other languages, I am on my way to learning as many as I can and have expanded my vocabulary as a result.
For my personality: I am very empathetic to other's needs, and I do not take criticism personally. I have learned that the best time to do anything is right now, and have incredible scheduling and time management skills.
Overall, I'm here to give prospective employers the piece of mind that their valuable customers are being listened to, understood, and taken care of.
